Welcome! This is the official site for the OHS Class of 2009 Fund Raising Committee.

Thanks to all of you, the fund-raising efforts to sponsor a parent-run graduation celebration continue to soar. After collecting yearly fees, running a bake sale and a track meet concession stand, we have over $6,100.00. We are continuing to plan fund raising events so check back for more information.

UPDATE: August 29, 2008

We need 4 volunteers at every home football game and 2 soccer games (Sept. 11 and Oct. 14, 2008) to sell 50/50 raffle tickets and Oregon Panther Scrolls/Banners.

The scrolls/banners are $5 each and the 50/50 tickets will be sold for $1 each or 6 for $5.

We still have orange and black beads for sale which are $1 each or 6 for $5.

The volunteers need to be available 6:00 until game time to stand by the concession stand to catch people as they walk in.  For more details they can contact Sue Amend at ssbamend@charter.net

Linda Gambetty has graciously agreed to coordinate the collection of Bill's grocery store receipts for one of our fund-raising efforts. Please remember to ask for a sticker each time you take your receipt. Bring the receipts to the concession stand planning meetings or put them in our Class of 2009 box which will be at the High school in the office area. You can use past receipts as long as they have the small orange sticker on. We will be collecting up to the day of graduation. We receive 1% of total sales which can really add up.

Previous Fund-raising Notes:

Our first event was the Oregon Soccer Tournament, July 14-15, 2007. We made close to $800! Donations are still coming in. You can still donate money. Donations of $5.00 or more will be accepted. Write check out to: OHS class of 2009 and send to: Sue Amend, 4729 Roosevelt St. Oregon, WI 53575.

We also made $201 at a summer track meet concession stand held July 17th that was run with the help of the class of 2008 and several students from our 2009 class. A big thank-you to the students that helped:
